We plan our maintenance activities to document, schedule and announce them to our customers to minimise the effects they have on customerdowntime. We also schedule maintenance windows to reduce overall downtime and to make sure our services are updated and running smoothly. In other words, to avoid unplanned downtime for you.

We are performing maintenance on our Cloud Connect solution.
The Cloud Connect solution will go into maintenance mode at 08.00.
From Sunday 08.00 – Monday 08.00
Jobs targeting the Cloud Connect Solution may be completed,
but no new jobs can be started in this time frame.
At 08:00 Monday all jobs still running will be closed, as the service will be taken offline.

We are performing maintenance on our vCenter solution.
Access to vCenter during this time is not possible.
